The Project Manager – MEP is responsible for overall planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of MEP works within construction projects. The role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works as per project schedule.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, resource plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other disciplines for seamless integration.
2. Site Management
- Oversee site activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and low current systems.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
