Manager – Building Installations Engineering Department
Group IPS is looking for a Manager in Madrid to lead the building services team within a group dedicated to the design of building projects. The candidate will coordinate with the group’s structural and architectural teams.
Responsibilities- Lead the facilities team, coordinate staff, manage projects and clients, and collaborate with other departments within the group (architecture, structural engineering, etc.).
- Manage and supervise building facilities projects, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and related systems.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper integration of MEP systems within the overall project.
