Preferred: M.E., PMP, BEE, Energy Auditor, IGBC AP, ASHRAE Certifications
Experience
15+ years of experience in MEP Project Management
Minimum 5–8 years as Head of MEP in the construction industry
Experience in Warehouses, Cold Storage Facilities, Logistics Parks, Manufacturing Plants, Commercial & Institutional Buildings
Proven track record of handling multiple PAN India projects and leading teams of 10+ members
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
