MEP Estimator

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost estimations for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and detail.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for precise budgeting.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess scope changes and their impact on overall project costs.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and cost reports that support the decision‑making process for procurement and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant MEP estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Technician (CCT) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) are highly preferred.
