MEP Estimator: Costing, Tendering & Value Engineering

Turner- in Madrid is seeking an MEP Estimator to join their Real Estate team. This role involves supporting the preparation of cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and previous experience in MEP estimating. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software are essential for this role. Fluency in Spanish and professional English are required.
