MEP Estimation Engineer

Estimation Engineer (MEP)

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects and facilities maintenance contracts.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project requirements and quantities.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare material takeoff's, cost analyzes, and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams during the bidding process.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
