Tender BOQ Management
Review IFC Tender drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities from consultants. Prepare detailed MEP BOQs for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, and ELV systems. Identify missing items, design gaps, and raise RFIs/TQs to consultant.
Cost Estimation
Pricing: Source and negotiate rates from MEP vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare material take-offs, labor costing, and equipment pricing using local UAE rates. Build up rates for unit prices and analyze historical data for benchmarking.
Bid Preparation
Compile technical and commercial proposals with cost breakdowns. Prepare exclusions, clarifications, and assumptions for tender submission. Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, and Design teams to validate scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Mechanical specialization preferred.
