Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems design and installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
- Facilitate communication among architects, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, ensuring the timely identification of discrepancies.
- Manage MEP project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders, to maintain accurate project records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination on large‑scale construction projects.
