Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of MEP construction experience, including at least 7 years in a Construction Manager role on large-scale hospital projects .
- Proven experience managing MEP finishing works, testing & commissioning, and project handover for healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas systems, electrical distribution, ELV systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE/GCC construction practices and healthcare project requirements.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 20 days are preferred.
