Rendeavour Group is seeking a dynamic MEP CAD/BIM Technician to join our engineering department. This role requires a seasoned technical expert capable of leading the MEP modeling and coordination for complex high-rise and large-scale buildings. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering design and construction documentation, ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems are modeled accurately, fully coordinated, and clash-free.
Drafting, Modeling & Technical Delivery:
Lead the production of fully coordinated MEP drawings and BIM models for HVAC, Electrical (Power/Lighting/Low Current), Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems
Prepare detailed schematics, riser diagrams, plant room layouts, and typical installation details for high-rise and industrial projects
Ensure all MEP services are modeled to the required Level of Detail (LOD) and adhere to company CAD/BIM standards
