Mentorship Program Coordinator Ontario

CNIB seeks a Mentorship Coordinator for a 12-month contract, facilitating mentor-mentee relationships across Ontario. This role focuses on participant onboarding, recruitment, and program support in a remote/hybrid environment.
In the Coordinator role, you will support the national Mentorship program's daily administration under the Executive Lead for Mentorship and Talent Development. Responsibilities include recruiting experienced mentors, facilitating matching meetings, and enhancing participant resources. You will oversee data management and reporting while ensuring that relationships develop meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the intake process and mentor matching sessions
• Support the promotion of Come to Work’s mentorship program
• Lead orientations for mentors and mentees
• Manage the onboarding of volunteer mentors
• Administer Salesforce workflows for accurate tracking
