We’re looking for an experienced Mental Health Team Leader to join our community-based team. This is a virtual role that requires working overnight shifts from home on a full-time permanent contract.
About you
You are an experienced leader who feels confident in the management of a team of 10-15x front line Counsellors and Coaches as part of the Beyond Blue Support Service. In this overnight role, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the operational workflow during night hours, acting as the primary clinical and operational escalation point, delivering clinical supervision, and providing people leadership.
