Australian Unity is proud and excited to be partnering with Beyond Blue to deliver their 24/7 omnichannel brief counselling and advice service to all Australians in need. Working from home, you will provide brief phone and webchat support to our service users who typically present with mental health concerns. We’re looking for individuals passionate about supporting people experiencing emotional distress, depression, and anxiety to join our community-based team and make a difference every day.
We have Part-Time contracts (28.30 hours / weekly) available over our Overnight shifts. The hours are falling between 7 pm to 7am (AEST / AEDT) across the week and regular weekend work is mandatory. We are looking to hire eight Coaches for options 3 & 4
