- Resolve production defects, incidents, and problem tickets within SLA timelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Support incident triage, prioritization, and resolution workflows
- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance improvements
Development & Enhancement
- Design, build, and enhance Mendix applications aligned with existing architecture
- Implement minor enhancements and change requests based on business needs
- Maintain quality and consistency of application models, microflows, and integrations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, reusable components, and best practices
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with onshore teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders
