**What will I be doing?**
A Membership Supervisor is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the management of Membresías Caribe program and must ensure working and orderly facilities while offering a consistently positive attitude to Members. Specifically, the Membership Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain high standards of upkeep and cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Ensure the regular upkeep and service of facilities, minimize disruption, and maximize Member satisfaction
- Ensure that any equipment faults or maintenance issues are identified
