The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and sell premium recreational loyalty memberships through tele-sales and client engagement while ensuring excellent follow-up and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify and manage sales leads
- Sell premium loyalty memberships via tele-sales and direct client interactions
- Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable membership solutions
- Prepare basic presentations, reports, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support sales strategies
- Follow up with clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention
Working Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days per week, and 1-2 hours work from home on the 6th day.
