- Complete Application Card processing, member enrollments, and eligibility updates.
- Handle member, union, and employer communications and queries.
- Process AD&D claims, sub-claims, and self-pays.
- Learn and understand the applicable collective agreement and benefit entitlements, and accurately process member and employer information.
- Receive cheques and employer contribution reports daily, ensuring payments match the report.
- Balance and audit reports, checking hours, rates, calculations, and additional information.
- Credit employer accounts and analyze employer reporting for accuracy.
- Process a large number of member status changes and update employer information monthly.
- Follow up with employers regarding member status changes such as sick, laid off, or terminated.
