Member Services & Benefits Desk Specialist

People Corporation in Toronto is seeking a Receptionist to provide effective customer service related to Member Benefit Plan Trust Funds as specified by collective bargaining agreements and the direction of the Board of Trustees. You will receive and deposit employer contributions and member self-payments.

You will direct incoming calls, assist walk-in members, process enrollment cards, update member information, and prepare ad hoc reporting.
