Member Service Representative (Teller) Part-Time

What will you do?

• Conduct financial transactions for members on our frontline, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, wires, and transfers
• Assist members with our digital banking options, such as online banking, eTransfers and our Mobile app
• Proactively develop strong relationships with our members by understanding where they are in their financial life cycle
• Educate members on the products and services that are best suited to their current financial situation
• Refer more complex financial needs to our expert team of Member Advisors

What will you need to succeed?

The successful candidate will require a post‑secondary diploma from an accredited college or university or a minimum of two years of cash handling, retail and/or customer service experience. You will need a positive attitude, an appetite for continuous learning and a desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.
