We’re looking for a Temporary Full-Time Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products, services, and omni channels to meet our members’ needs. The key responsibilities for this role include: 

  • Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!

  • Respond to members’ inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
