MEL Specialist for Conservation Programs

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a MEL Specialist in Colombia to provide leadership in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning processes for the Sustainable Productive Systems team. This role involves developing MEL plans, coordinating data quality, and ensuring alignment with larger conservation strategies.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and expertise in GIS and project management tools. Proficiency in English will also be essential for this position.
