Mega FM Shift Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Ugong, Valenzuela)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sorting center processes (such as inbound, sorting and outbound) and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
• Create a schedule and monitor tasks and duties
• Manage overall performance and attendance
• Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Provide reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
