MEFPS PMO Lead — Construction Governance & Safety

Hypro Construction and Development Corp. seeks a Construction Management Officer to drive end-to-end governance of assigned projects in Rizal.

You will integrate engineering knowledge with financial oversight and stakeholder management to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards. The role requires leadership of project engineers and coordination with contractors, architects and government agencies, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and value delivery across the project
