Essential Functions
- Work directly with the Account Management team, internal Leveling team and client to oversee Speaker Contracting
- Provide updated contracts/addendums to the HCPs
- Enter speaker trainings, confirm certifications and complete speaker compliance updates
- Provide leveling updates, record and report any issues related to speaker training or contracting to the client
- Assist HCPs with their compliance training updates and completion of online
- Prepare daily reports to be shared with Account Management and Client
- Assist with implementation of any new processes and compliance updates received from the client. Update SOP documents as any and all updates are made.
- Have pristine attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, faculty and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
