ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Solution Architect guides the analysis, design and technical activities and artefacts throughout a project. He/she defines the solution architecture, taking into account existing standards and system requirements, and ensures a technical solution in line with the client’s requirements and with the Target Enterprise Architecture vision.
He/she provides the Project Manager with all the necessary data on analysis, design and development activities, and on architectural, technical and operational issues. The Solution Architect is end-to-end responsible for the definition and implementation of the solution, ensuring the right trade-off between the different requirements to deliver the best-possible solution.
