Medior ServiceNow Developer – build and support the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with teams, and create impactful custom applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of custom applications within ServiceNow, including intake, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, design, building, testing, and release.
- Ensure platform architecture, data separation, and security; choose integration patterns and follow best practices.
- Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to improve efficiency.
- Handle integration hub and other protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL). Provide technical insight and support deployment via source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
