In this role, you’ll take ownership of configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving our Qualtrics implementation, driving real impact in how customer feedback is captured and used across the bank. Beyond working on user stories inside the SaaS platform, you’ll also get to apply your front‑end expertise, customizing UI elements with CSS, building modular reusable feedback components, and working on connections and integrations.

We are looking for an IT Engineer who worked on the configuration of SaaS applications in the past, enjoys collaboration, and is able to gather requirements and translate them into innovative solutions in an iterative (Agile/DevOps) way.
