JMO Unit sits within NBH Medical Workforce and provides specific advice and support to Junior Medical Officers (JMO's) relating to recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, leave management, education and pastoral care. This includes JMOs employed directly by Healthscope, as well as NSW Health employees who are rotating to Northern Beaches Hospital.
This is a pivotal position that sits at the heart of our medical staffing operations. This is your chance to step into a dynamic role that directly supports the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services across the hospital. You'll work closely with JMOs, senior medical staff, the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Workforce Manager, and key stakeholders across NBH, the Northern Sydney Local Health District and Healthscope.
