In this role you lead a national team of Medical Scientists to shape and execute Medical Affairs strategies within therapeutic areas. You partner with Country Medical Lead and Medical Project Managers to translate TA plans into actionable team activities, while collaborating across functions and with the medical community. You will drive development, coaching, budget planning, and onboarding to build a high-performing MS group. This role offers national impact with international collaboration and travel.
