- Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory: 90% Huelva, 10% Sevilla (Hospital Virgen Macarena).
- Create a pre‑call plan using SMART objectives, evaluate calls and document post‑call.
- Utilize innovative approaches and resources to access difficult‑to‑see customers and elevate results to the ANI team through the Sales Manager.
- Differentiate Abbott’s value proposition to all health providers and handle objections or concerns effectively.
- Continuously gather market intelligence: customer needs, expectations and environmental challenges; share findings across in‑field teams and leverage with ANI teams.
