Responsibilities
Member Support & Engagement
- Assist members (patients) in understanding and using their health benefits effectively.
- Provide empathetic support and encouragement to improve members’ health outcomes.
- Respond to inbound member calls and handle outbound outreach projects such as enrollment calls, satisfaction surveys, or care reminders.
Job Requirements
P1 - Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Allied Sciences
- Social Sciences
- Social Work
- Human Services or a related field
1-year direct adult patient care such as but not limited to:
- Long-term care
- Home and community-based services
- Hospital/facility setting
- Case management and/or working with managed care organizations
- 1 year BPO healthcare – mixed member & provider services via phones
