About the Opportunity

An established mixed billing clinic in the Blackburn South area east of Melbourne is needing to replace a very long standing female VR GP who is retiring at the beginning of 2022. You will be joining a non-corporate family owned practice located in a lovely environment with a diverse, multicultural team and client base. The retiring GP had a predominantly elderly patient load however the practice also sees a lot of young families. Appointments are typically 15min long with an average of 4 consultations per hour, with room for the occasional patient who needs to be seen at short notice. Services provided here include travel/seasonal/childhood vaccinations, care plans, preventative health checks and advice, skin cancer procedures, women and men's health issues and Telehealth appointments for those who are vulnerable or at risk.
