About the Opportunity
The Medical Laboratory Technologist C (MLT-C) is responsible for the assessment, implementation, planning, evaluation, and supportive application of clinical knowledge and its translation into practice. The MLT-C coordinates, supports, maintains, and delivers competency training based on laboratory SOPs and policies in partnership with curriculum leads, other clinical educators, and relevant departments. Training is provided through classroom instruction, procedural skill training, simulation, clinical learning, and online learning strategies, while advancing practice.
