Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Laboratory Assistant IV to join our Medical Laboratory Department at Kelowna General Hospital in Kelowna, BC.

About the Job

In accordance with the vision and values of the organization, the Medical Laboratory Assistant IV supervises Medical Laboratory Assistants and other designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements. This position will also be responsible for taking blood from patients, collecting and preparing blood and other specimens for analysis, performing tests such as urine analysis and glucose monitoring and operating

Shifts

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and evenings.
