Medical Devices Quality & Process Excellence Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Specialist to drive quality planning, prevention, corrective actions and continual improvement across NPI to mass production. You will develop quality control plans, monitor KPIs and lead audits while coaching junior staff.

This role requires strong knowledge of ISO, IPC standards, Six Sigma and Lean Kaizen, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Targeted for Monterrey operations.
