This is a high-impact, client-facing position responsible for the final step before a case closes and funds are distributed, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and client satisfaction.
Responsabilidades
- Negotiate lien reductions directly with providers.
- Secure signed agreements and confirm payments to medical facilities.
- Provide clear and timely communication on case status.
- Manage the final step of cases before closure and fund distribution, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Handle a large number of liens with organization and efficiency.
Requisitos
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience in medical lien negotiation, subrogation, or medical billing (PI firm experience a plus).
