My Mountain Mover is looking for a Medical Biller to support a mental health and behavioral health clinic. This is a full-time, end-to-end billing role covering claims, prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and scheduling.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid position managing the full billing cycle alongside scheduling support for a high-volume behavioral health practice. You'll be the point person for keeping claims moving, resolving denials, and making sure patient scheduling runs smoothly across a demanding weekend caseload
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end medical billing (charge entry through payment posting)
- Prior authorizations
- Insurance eligibility verification
- Patient scheduling
- Direct communication with insurance companies to resolve claim issues, denials, and billing discrepancies
