The Performance Lead (Senior) is responsible for designing and executing measurable digital strategies across regional and global campaigns. This role requires critical thinking, technical mastery, and the ability to present insights clearly to international executive teams. You will act as the bridge between media, data, and marketing direction, ensuring every investment leads to learning, optimization, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead multichannel performance strategies (Google, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Display, Programmatic, etc.) aligned with client goals.
Analyze global campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize budgets, and scale results.
Build and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
