Position Overview

As the Media Implementations Senior Associate, you will be the day‑to‑day point of contact for all YouTube advertising campaigns, ensuring campaigns go live on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising campaigns from end‑to‑end workflow.
• Liaise between clients, Media/Creative Agencies, Sales Account Management, and Video Specialists.
• Resolve high volume of support requests quickly and professionally, primarily via written communication and occasionally live video calls.
• Respond to client requirements on assigned cases within the Service Level Agreement.
• Follow standard operating procedures for campaign implementation while maintaining process efficiency.
• Understand client requirements and implement them with stringent quality parameters.
