Position Overview

As a Media Implementation Senior Associate at Google Operations Center, you will collaborate with account managers and advertisers to manage the advertising needs of large global brands, supporting end‑to‑end campaign building and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Ad creation and modification on Google Ads platforms, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Consultative interactions with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Live Issue Support Specialists.
• Provide excellent customer service through chat, email, and occasional voice communication, resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately implement client requirements with strict quality adherence.
