JOB SUMMARY
The Media and Community Relations Manager initiates and leads the communications strategy and execution of the Group’s community-related programs in line with reputation building. The manager will ensure that these initiatives are clearly articulated, strategically aligned with corporate priorities, and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders. The role oversees relationships with key stakeholders, including media, employees, community partners, NGOs, and other external organizations, to strengthen internal culture, build the brand, and enhance the Group’s reputation. Responsibilities include developing engagement and communication strategies, fostering positive stakeholder interactions to mitigate reputational risks and support broader Corporate Communications tasks as required by the department head.
