The Training Specialist is responsible for deliveringinstructor-led training within Medi24. The incumbent shall be ableto operate globally in implementing training delivery and design,contributing to projects, and maintaining our knowledge base. Thisrole has responsibility for the delivery of training across allMedi24 platforms. In this task the role is supported by a team ofTraining Specialists globally, and Instructional Designers to helpcreate training content. Responsibility will include delivery ofnew hire onboarding and training, management of the knowledge base,conducting training needs analyses and building tailored trainingplans to improve performance. The incumbent will report to theSenior Training Specialist, and will be located in Bern.
