Found Description
This position will be part of a team that is responsible for the repair and maintenance of a fleet of Heavy Equipment. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to troubleshoot, determine parts required and complete repairs.
Skills & Abilities:
- Complete repairs on heavy construction equipment
- Assess mechanical problems, identify solutions and complete repairs
- Effectively communicate with co-workers
- Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing needs and take direction
- Responsible and reliable
- Work independently, as well as a team
- Ability to lift up-to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a mechanical environment
- Minimum of 3 years experience welding
- Air Conditioning Certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
