**Qualifications**:Industrial, maintenance, metallurgical, chemical, mechanical, materials or related engineers.
**Knowledge / Experiencie (Skills)**:
- Professional experience > 10 years
- ASNT/NACE/AMPP or API preferably.
- Knowledge and experience in static equipment integrity and reliability.
- Management of the regulations applied
- Communication skills in English

- Review of engineering documents.
- Review of the quality dossier of consumables, equipment and technical personnel.
