STC Mechanical Test Lab Supervisor reporting to STC Lab Manager, will lead and manage Mechanical technicians and Lab, and supervising execution of all validation required by the organization.
Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):
- Manage activities of Mechanical Lab
- Select, Train and develop employees and new hires
- Ensure housekeeping/safety standards
- Support, maintain, and improve the Business System for compliance to in accordance with EOS, A2LA, and ISO/IEC ***** requirements.
- Provide resources required.
- Perform special assignments and support new projects
- Interpret customer test specifications and define parameter / conditioning test requirements
- Received test request, analyze, and determine feasibility.
- Assimilate, assign, schedule, and supervise TR execution.
- Ensure compliance according to programs timing and customer specific requirements.
