Overview
Mechanical Supervisor will execute and supervise all preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance through the Artisans and related employees, monthly / annual outages and overhauling work activities on plant mechanical equipment, safely, efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
Maintenance Execution & Planning
Assigns and executes corrective maintenance jobs as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Coordinates and supervises maintenance activities through CMMS (SAP)
Supports execution of corrective and planned maintenance in line with the annual maintenance schedule
Reviews work orders, verifies site requirements (safety, materials, manpower, services), and ensures optimal resource utilization
Coordinates with the Maintenance Planner to prioritize, schedule, and assign daily jobs
Ensures early preparation and readiness of all daily maintenance activities
