This is a hands-on project delivery role with additional involvement in estimating, project costing and pre-construction support. The successful candidate will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from initial tender and procurement stages through to installation, commissioning and final handover. Projects are delivered across the retail, leisure, healthcare, office and wider commercial sectors throughout the UK.
