A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £15m mechanical package on a major residential development in Basildon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential, mixed‑use and high‑rise projects across London and the South East. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of the project from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover.
