Mechanical Process Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities
Responsible to implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes as well as to ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts.
Aim to achieve Value Stream KPI's such as relative utilization, internal defect cost by continuously improving other supporting KPI's such as FOR and technical downtime
New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation on production environment
Develop procedures and instructions for technical processes
Develop material to train process technicians
Develop maintenance plans for equipment focused on preventive, predictive and corrective approaches
Align all engineering efforts with the corresponding Value Stream main KPI's
Develop procedures, instructions, and training material for TPM
Responsible to reach technical availability, cycle time, and defect cost targets and upper limits for the processes and equipment under his/her responsibili...
