Mechanical Process Engineer (Chihuahua)

Job DescriptionResponsible to implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes as well as ensuring technical availability of equipment in all shifts.

• Aim to achieve Value Stream KPI’s such as relative utilization, internal defect cost by continuously improving other supporting KPI’s such as FOR and technical downtime.
• New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation on production environment.
• Develop procedures and instructions for technical processes.
• Develop material to train process technicians.
• Develop maintenance plans for equipment focused on preventive, predictive and corrective approaches.
• Align all engineering efforts with the corresponding Value Stream main KPI’s.
• Develop procedures, instructions, and training material for TPM.
